Signs in Alfred Street saying Pedestrian Zone no parking!
Hi Alice,
I have updated the article. Alfred Street should still have street parking when entering from Oxford Road end.
Wilson road parking is not free. Max 2 hours.
Brock gardens parking is not free. only 8 to 5
soo, is there anywhere that is totally free parking in the RG1 area? the council wont give me a parking permit (apparently my house isnt eligible) surely there’s another option
Less likely in the RG1 area. If you work during the day, you would be best using one of the on-street parking options which are free between 6.30pm and 8am.
All along Drayton Road at RG30 2PH, I always manage to find parking. Once parked, the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and the journey into town takes about 15 minutes.
