Hi Soorya,
Could you kindly update with what the signage said? Council website is still stating free: https://www.oxford.gov.uk/directory-record/83/godstow-road-car-park-port-meadow-north-
Hi, just wondering if both of those “all day free parking” includes nightime, aka 24 hours?
Hi, Porth Meadow North is open 24 hours a day: https://www.oxford.gov.uk/directory-record/83/godstow-road-car-park-port-meadow-north-. Porth Meadow South now enforces charges but is closer to the city centre. I hope this helps!
