Free Car Parks in Norwich
Norwich council run car parks are no longer free of charge at any time of the day. An evening charge of £3.20 is now applicable at the following car parks between 6.30pm and 5am:

- Elm Hill, NR3 1HN

Free parking at park and ride sites
There are six park and ride sites in and around Norwich, allowing you to access to city centre by bus whilst parking your car for free. All park and ride sites have toilets, baby changing facilities, cycle parking and CCTV.
